Vous n'êtes pas satisfait de votre achat ?

Nous espérons que vous êtes 100 % satisfait de chaque produit DRILLR.
Cependant, si vous changez d’avis concernant un achat effectué sur Drillr.net, vous pouvez bien entendu retourner l’article.

Les retours doivent être effectués dans les 15 jours suivant la réception de l’article. Les articles doivent être retournés non portés et dans leur boîte d’origine. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir conserver votre reçu d’expédition jusqu’à ce que votre retour soit traité. Veuillez noter que nous ne pouvons assumer la responsabilité des articles perdus lors du retour. Vous recevrez un e-mail une fois votre remboursement ou échange traité. Si un échange ne peut être traité en raison d’un stock insuffisant, un remboursement sera effectué. Veuillez prévoir jusqu’à 10 jours ouvrables à compter de la date de retour pour le traitement.

How do I buy online ?


1. Select the product(s) you like, choose the size, and click ADD TO CART. You can view the products in your bag at any time by clicking on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.

2. When you are ready to complete your purchase, go to your shopping bag and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Select your preferred shipping method and click NEXT STEP to enter your delivery and finally your payment details.

3. Fill in your shipping address and payment details. To confirm, review all of your details and click PLACE ORDER.

4. Once your order is confirmed you will see a purchase confirmation page with your order information. This information is also automatically sent to you via email.

How long do deliveries typically take?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method used. Delivery times are approximate and are estimated according to the service schedule of the shipping companies we use. If the shipping address is in a remote location, delivery time may be delayed by approximately 1 day. Please bear in mind that all delivery times are given in business days, starting from the date your order is shipped from our warehouse. Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.* We dispatch orders from several locations. Orders with multiple products may be split to expedite delivery. In such cases, we will inform you via email.

How long does it take to send an order ?

Orders are sent from Monday to Saturday,* excluding holidays, from: Paris, France Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm CET will be shipped on the next day (except personalized items). On Saturdays and sundays, orders placed will be shipped on mondayy. *Countries and regions that have customs regulations, cash-on-delivery orders, and deliveries to Packstations in Germany, will only be shipped Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

Can I track my order ?

Yes, you can track your order in the "My account" section of our website or clicking the "Your Orders" link in your purchase confirmation email. When your package has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number provided by the shipping company. With this number you can contact them directly at any time to check the status of your order.

Returns, cancellations and exchanges

How can I cancel my order if I change my mind ?

You can cancel your order at any time provided it has not already been sent. Please note that orders are sent the following business day (Monday to Saturday*) after the order was placed. To cancel an order, go to Your orders and enter the order number and your email address. Your order details will appear and if the Cancel option is visible, you can select it to cancel the order. Once you have canceled the order, you will receive confirmation by email. If this option is not visible, it means that your order has already been sent and can no longer be canceled. You can also contact us to cancel an order sending us an email at order@drillr.net If the order has already been sent, it cannot be canceled but you can return it once it has been delivered. *Countries and regions that have customs regulations, cash-on-delivery orders, and deliveries to Packstations in Germany, will only be shipped Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.


How can I return a purchase ?

If your purchase was made at drillr.net, you can also process and return via the website. To initiate a return, please send us an email at order@drill.net to obtain the necessary instructions. Items must be returned in their new, unworn condition and in the original packaging only.


How can I exchange my purchase for a different size ?

For size exchanges, please start by sending us an email. Once we receive your email, proceed to return the items. Upon receiving the returned items, we will then dispatch the new sizes to you.


When will I get my refund if I return an order online ?

If you return an online purchase via our website, we will examine the returned merchandise and the reasons you have provided for the return. Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) beginning from the date your return was received at our warehouse. Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Payments should arrive in your account 3 to 5 days after processing.


Return conditions

In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:
- The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)
- It has been less than 30 days since you received the item
- The item is still under the 2-year warranty if there is a manufacturing flaw
In addition to the above requirements, the item must be returned in the same packaging.
If all of these conditions have been met, we will refund the cost of your purchase, minus the initial and return shipping costs. If you are returning an item because of a manufacturing defect attributable to Drillr, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs. We will process your refund within 10 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be made by the same method used to make the original payment. Drillr offers different return methods depending on the country. All information about the possible methods and the associated costs will be provided in the return process accessible from Your orders section. We will not accept cash-on-delivery returns under any circumstances. Only products purchased at drillr.net can be returned or exchanged via our website.
