IMPORT FEES/DELIVERY CHARGES
All fees within the European Union are covered, and you won’t be responsible for additional fees to receive your package. If you reside outside the European Union (including the UK), only the purchase and shipping fees are included in the price, and VAT and/or other duty fees/charges are not. These will be charged to you separately, usually by the carrier before you receive your package. We are unable to estimate these fees, so please check with your local customs authority. If you choose to decline these charges upon delivery, DRILLR will cover them, and the amount will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee.

PAYMENT
All payments are processed through Stripe, Klarna, Google Pay or Apple Pay. VAT is included for orders within the European Union, but VAT and/or import/customs fees are not included for orders outside the European Union. We do not store or transfer any credit card information; external payment gateways, Stripe, Klarna, Google Pay or Apple Pay handle this information securely.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING METHODS
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 business hours, but this may vary depending on our warehouse workload, public holidays, and other factors. Please note that during common shopping holidays such as Black Friday and Christmas, there may be shipping delays, so please place your orders well in advance.

In areas where our carriers do not deliver, we reserve the right to use another carrier or cancel the order. For shipping-related questions, contact us via email at helloatdrillr.com. We’re unable to ship to APO addresses but recommend shipping to a friend or relative.

Our complimentary letter service is uninsured and may take up to 2 months to arrive, depending on your local postal service and geographical location. Please note that items within an order must be returned before we can process a refund. Return labels are not provided for orders sent using the complimentary letter service. We require the receiver to take action within seven days from the first delivery attempt.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS/REROUTING
Upon order completion, we assume that your address is verified, correct, and double-checked. If additional shipping is needed due to an incomplete address or a different destination, the customer may be charged. This can be in the form of an additional payment or a deduction from the refund for returns.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and the delivery company immediately. You’ll need to inform us of what is damaged and provide the case number from the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

AMENDS TO YOUR ORDER
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any amendments, including changes in addresses or products. Please be meticulous and informed before completing your order.

LOST IN TRANSIT
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery no longer rests with DRILLR. In the event of a lost shipment, no action will be taken until the carrier’s investigation is concluded. Orders containing only straps (valued under $100) are sent uninsured.

WARRANTY
The customer is responsible for providing adequate order information for all service/warranty claims. The product’s warranty is one year from the purchase date. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use, or non-observance of DRILLR’s provided directions.  The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear on our products.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATIONS
Products purchased from the Online Boutique can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Orders over €100 are eligible for complimentary return and replacement shipments.

Contact Customer Support at order@drillr.net to schedule a return and receive a prepaid return label. Dispatch your package within 14 days upon receipt of the prepaid return label. Returns that were made without contacting customer service may be refused. Orders not eligible for free returns must be dispatched within 7 days of notifying us of your intent to return your order.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect basic personal information for order processing and customer communication. This information is securely stored and used for order fulfillment, customer contact, and important updates. We never disclose this information to third parties.

COOKIES
We use cookies to improve your website experience. Cookies are small text files stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites. We use cookies for web functionality, web statistics, and advertising. You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is activated, allowing you to reject or delete cookies at the end of your visit.
